My name is Melanie Warner. I have more than 15 years’ experience in general admin, procurement, sourcing, freight management and data capturing. I am a mother a wife and a huge animal lover. Besides spending time with my family I also volunteer at our local Animal Rescue center to give some time back to the forgotten and lost 4 paws.
I have a passion for helping people and to see how others succeed. I love taking something broken, something cluttered, and to see it evolve in something great! That is one of the main reasons why I decided to follow my passion and enter the world of being a Virtual Assistant. VA’s exists to help people see the value of their time
Although the term "Virtual Assistant" is still fairly new to business owners, the profession has been around since the early 1900's (yip - even back then they needed someone to help them achieve greatness)!
Gone are the days of hiring permanent expensive employees.. Gone are the days of high overheads. Gone are the days wondering if your staff is doing what they have been employed to do - all month long. Just to be clear: A Virtual Assistant is NOT a Freelancer - Huge difference. Much like a regular assistant, a VA can also handle all scheduling tasks. Whether they are scheduling meetings among a team, organizing a calendar, or making daily itineraries, a VA can focus on the nitty-gritty so you can get back to work!
